I'd be happy with a fully loaded model at right around the 30K point. I'd be surprised if it's going to get that high though. It's be stated repeatedly that this is going to be a 20K car so I'm thinking a fully spec'd GTS type model to clock in at around 30K with tax, title, and license.

Come on Toyota, just do the right thing and give us a bigger engine (or turbo'd engine) in a fully loaded model!! (and keep it inexpensive )

I'm hoping $25-30ish

I don't want to have a car where I often see 16 year old girls driving the same car.

Of course I want the car to be $25-30k quality though.

I think the whole RWD option on the car will be doing more than the price to keep young first time drivers away from this car, or at least I hope.

I would think a cheap RWD sports car would make it all that more attractive for teenagers getting their first car from their parents...no?

I voted for the $23,000 to $28,000 range. Base will start at the 23,000 range then once you get all the options we will see the price go up to the 28,000 + taxes.

if the parents have any sense, they'd realize a RWD car can be a little less forgiving for an inexperienced driver

i voted for 32k+
im hoping to spend about £20'000 on it - about $32'600 at the current exchange.

any less and i'd prob endup dissapointed. $25k is £15k GBP.. which isnt nearly expensive enough for a decent/well spec'd car.

I really hope that is the case. Don't need insurance rates skyrocketing on the car because they keep crashing from young drivers.

I think they should just put base at 20k with 17" wheels 4 speakers etc.
and if u want better stuff you can add what you want

I'd guess a base price in the $18k-$23k range and the more optioned models easily reaching $27-28K
